الإبلاغ عن محتوى

إن رأيت في الجريدة أو في الشجرة ما يسيء أو يخالف، أو بيانات غير صحيحة عنك أو عن أحد أقاربك، راسلنا على واتساب واذكر عنوان المنشور أو اسم الشخص. نراجع البلاغ ونزيل المحتوى المخالف خلال ٢٤ ساعة. وكل ما يُنشر في الجريدة يراجعه مشرفو الأسرة قبل ظهوره.

أسئلة شائعة

كيف أسجّل الدخول؟
من شاشة البداية اختر «تسجيل الدخول»، واكتب رقم جوالك، ثم أدخل الرمز الذي يصلك عبر واتساب. ويمكنك التصفّح كضيف دون تسجيل.

كيف أربط حسابي باسمي في الشجرة؟
بعد الدخول اختر اسمك من الشجرة واطلب ربط حسابك به. إن كان اسمك مربوطًا بحساب آخر أو لم تجده، راسلنا.

كيف أعدّل بياناتي أو أضيف أبنائي؟
افتح ملفك من «حسابي» ثم «تعديل البيانات»، أو اضغط «إضافة ابن» في صفحتك. التعديل متاح بحسب صلاحيات حسابك.

كيف أنشر في الجريدة؟
من تبويب «الجريدة» اضغط زر الإضافة، واكتب مقالًا أو إعلانًا، واختر لمن تنشره. يراجعه المشرف قبل نشره.

كيف أتحكم في التنبيهات؟
من إعدادات جهازك: الإعدادات ← الإشعارات ← «أسرة الصمعاني».

كيف أحذف حسابي؟
من «حسابي» اختر «حذف الحساب». لحذف بياناتك من الشجرة أو حذف منشور، راسلنا على واتساب.

Reporting content

If you see offensive or inappropriate content in the journal or the tree, or incorrect information about you or a relative, message us on WhatsApp with the post title or the person's name. We review every report and remove violating content within 24 hours. All journal posts are reviewed by family supervisors before they appear.

Frequently asked questions

How do I sign in? On the welcome screen choose «تسجيل الدخول» (Sign in), enter your phone number and the code you receive on WhatsApp. You can also browse as a guest.

How do I link my account to my name? After signing in, pick your name in the tree and request the link. If your name is already linked to another account or missing, message us on WhatsApp.

How do I edit my details or add my children? Open your profile from «حسابي» (My account) and choose «تعديل البيانات» (Edit details), or use «إضافة ابن» (Add child) on your page. Editing depends on your account permissions.

How do I post in the journal? In «الجريدة» (Journal) tap the add button, write an article or announcement and choose its audience. A supervisor reviews it before it is published.

How do I manage notifications? In your device settings: Settings → Notifications → AlSamani Family.

How do I delete my account? In «حسابي» (My account) choose «حذف الحساب» (Delete account). To remove your tree record or a post, message us on WhatsApp.
