من نحن
«أسرة الصمعاني» تطبيق خاص بأسرة الصمعاني يجمع شجرة الأسرة وجريدتها. يديره أحمد الصمعاني (Ahmad Alsamani)، وللتواصل في أي أمر يخص الخصوصية راسلنا على واتساب: 0539530400.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: رقم الجوال الذي تسجّل به أو يضعه لك مشرف فرعك، ودورك في التطبيق (عضو أو مشرف)، وتاريخ إنشاء الحساب، ووقت آخر نشاط، وإعدادات التنبيهات.
- بيانات الشجرة: الاسم والجنس وتاريخ الميلاد والمهنة والنبذة والصورة ورقم الجوال واسم الزوج والصلة بالأب، وبيانات الوفاة عند وجودها. يُدخلها صاحبها أو أحد أفراد الأسرة ممن لهم صلاحية التعديل، ونحتفظ بسجل للتعديلات (من عدّل وماذا تغيّر).
- محتوى الجريدة: المقالات والإعلانات (المواليد والزواج والوفيات) والصور التي ينشرها الأعضاء، مع اسم كاتبها.
- بيانات الجهاز: رمز الإشعارات ونوع النظام لإرسال التنبيهات. وعند التحقق من تحديثات التطبيق يُرسَل معرّف تثبيت عشوائي لا يدل على هويتك.
- السجلات التقنية: عنوان IP والصفحة المطلوبة في سجلات الخادم، لحماية الخدمة وتشغيلها.
لا يصل التطبيق إلى الصور أو الكاميرا إلا حين تختار أنت صورة لنشرها أو لملف شخص. ولا نجمع موقعك، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع أو إعلانات أو تحليلات من أطراف أخرى.
كيف نستخدمها
- تسجيل الدخول برمز تحقق يصلك عبر واتساب، وربط حسابك باسمك في الشجرة.
- عرض الشجرة ودليل الأسرة، ونشر مقالات الجريدة بعد مراجعة المشرفين.
- إرسال التنبيهات بحسب إعداداتك.
- حماية الخدمة ومنع إساءة استخدامها.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها لأغراض الإعلان أو التسويق.
من يرى البيانات
- الزوار بلا تسجيل: يرون الشجرة والأسماء والجنس وتاريخ الميلاد والمهنة والنبذة والصورة، والمقالات المنشورة للجميع.
- الأعضاء المسجّلون: يرون أيضًا أسماء الأزواج والمقالات الموجّهة لفروعهم، ومن أرقام الجوال آخر أربعة أرقام فقط؛ والرقم الكامل بلمسة «أظهر الرقم» تُكتب في سجل الأحداث باسم من طلبها، ومن يكشف أرقامًا كثيرة يُوقف عنه العرض يومًا ويُبلَّغ المدير. والمدير يستطيع حجب أرقام شخص فلا يراها غيره.
- المشرفون: يراجعون المقالات قبل نشرها، ويديرون بيانات الفروع المكلّفين بها.
مقدمو الخدمات
- واتساب: تُرسل رسائل رمز التحقق عبر واتساب من خلال بوابة رسائل نديرها، فتصل رقم جوالك ونص الرسالة إلى واتساب.
- Expo: لإيصال الإشعارات (عبر خدمة Apple للإشعارات وخدمة Google) ولتحديثات التطبيق. تتضمن الإشعارات عنوان التنبيه ونصه.
- الاستضافة: تُحفظ البيانات والصور على خادمنا الخاص.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
- تستطيع حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق: «حسابي» ← «حذف الحساب». يُحذف حساب الدخول ورقم جوالك وصلاحياتك وتنبيهاتك. إن كانت لك منشورات في الجريدة تبقى المنشورات دون أي بيانات شخصية في الحساب.
- سجلات الشجرة جزء من تاريخ الأسرة، فلا تُحذف تلقائيًا مع الحساب. لتصحيح بياناتك في الشجرة أو حذفها، أو حذف منشور، راسلنا على واتساب، ونرد خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال. قد تتضمن الشجرة أسماء أطفال يضيفها آباؤهم أو أولياء أمورهم، ويحق لولي الأمر طلب تعديلها أو حذفها.
الأمان
تنتقل البيانات بين التطبيق والخادم عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، ونقصر الصلاحيات على ما يحتاجه كل دور.
تحديث السياسة
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة نحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخها، ونعلن التغييرات المهمة داخل التطبيق.
Privacy Policy — AlSamani Family

Who we are
AlSamani Family is a private family-tree and family-journal app for the AlSamani family, operated by Ahmad Alsamani. Privacy contact on WhatsApp: +966 53 953 0400.
Data we collect
- Account: the phone number you sign in with, your role (member or supervisor), account creation date, last activity time and notification settings.
- Family tree records: name, gender, date of birth, occupation, short biography, photo, phone number, spouse name, parent link and, where relevant, death details. They are entered by the person or by relatives who have edit permission. We keep a log of edits (who changed what).
- Journal content: articles, announcements (births, marriages, deaths) and photos posted by members, with the author's name.
- Device: a push-notification token and platform, to deliver notifications. App update checks send a random installation identifier that does not identify you.
- Technical logs: IP address and requested path in server logs, for security and operation.
The app accesses photos or the camera only when you choose a picture to post or to use as a profile photo. We do not collect your location or contacts, and we use no third-party tracking, advertising or analytics tools.
How we use it
- To sign you in with a verification code sent over WhatsApp and link your account to your name in the tree.
- To show the tree and family directory, and to publish journal posts after supervisor review.
- To send notifications according to your settings.
- To protect the service and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising or marketing.
Who can see it
- Guests (not signed in): the tree with names, gender, date of birth, occupation, biography and photo, and journal posts published to everyone.
- Signed-in members: additionally phone numbers, spouse names and posts addressed to their branch.
- Supervisors: review posts before publication and manage the branches assigned to them.
Service providers
- WhatsApp: verification codes are sent over WhatsApp through a messaging gateway we operate, so your phone number and the message text reach WhatsApp.
- Expo: delivers push notifications (through Apple Push Notification service and Google) and app updates. Notifications include their title and text.
- Hosting: data and photos are stored on our own server.
Retention and deletion
- You can delete your account in the app: «حسابي» (My account) → «حذف الحساب» (Delete account). This removes your sign-in account, phone number, permissions and notifications. If you posted in the journal, those posts remain without any personal data in the account.
- Family tree records are part of the family's history and are not removed automatically with the account. To correct or remove your tree record, or to remove a post, message us on WhatsApp; we respond within 30 days.
Children
The app is not directed at children. The tree may include children's names added by their parents or guardians, who may ask us to correct or remove them.
Security
Data travels between the app and our server over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access is limited to what each role needs.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and its date, and announce significant changes in the app.
